Our supervisors and foremen attend the annual AgSafe conference, and AL-PAK had the lowest number of worker’s compensation claims in its insurance group last year – meaning we’re a proven, safe working environment.
Community:
We also take the commitment to our community seriously. We actively support a number of local groups and
organizations, including:

— And we proudly highlight our “Employee of the Quarter.”
We believe in an open-door management policy: we want our employees to communicate suggestions, concerns or recommendations directly to management at all levels. It must work: we have high employee retention, and we have people that have worked with us for more than 25 years!
We also believe in keeping up with the latest in agricultural management best practices, through our memberships in the Agricultural Personnel Management Association (APMA), Western Growers, and the Western Labor Coalition.
